Renée Zellweger – 20 LBS – Diet & Exercise
Renée Zellweger’s weight situation was quite different because she had to gain weight. Yes, she could devour any food she wanted, because she had to pack on some pounds for her starring role in Bridget Jones Diary films. She was put in a calorie regime of 4,000 calories a day—almost double the recommended calorie intake for a woman.
Zellweger didn’t keep the weight that she gained, though. She quickly went back to following a healthy diet and exercise routine once she was done the shooting. We estimate that she lost the 20 pounds she put on. How we wish we could easily do the same!
